Solution Brief


Intelligent cold stations utilize an integrated approach, employing modular and product-oriented thinking to modularize and productize components such as chillers, cooling water pumps, and chilled water pumps. Using shipping containers as a carrier, they are made into containerized energy-efficient cold station units of varying cooling capacities. Each containerized cold station module is independent, allowing for flexible deployment. Simultaneously, factory prefabrication reduces on-site construction, shortens installation time, and significantly improves system reliability. Furthermore, the cold station can integrate plate heat exchangers to utilize natural cold sources, lowering the overall system's PUE. This solution addresses the issues of the original integrated cold station and machine room integration, which were large in size, required in-depth design for specific projects, and had poor versatility.

Intelligent cold stations are broadly classified into outdoor stackable container types and indoor chiller plants. Indoor chiller plants are custom-designed with cooling capacities ranging from 150 to 2000 RT. Outdoor types are available in single-cooling models and models utilizing natural cold sources with plate heat exchangers. Standard models offer 200 RT, 400 RT, and 600 RT capacities, with non-standard customization also available.
