High-efficiency magnetic levitation water system solution
Solution Brief
Canatal water-cooled magnetic levitation variable frequency centrifugal chiller unit adopts a centrifugal variable frequency magnetic levitation compressor, a high-efficiency falling film evaporator, a high-efficiency shell and tube condenser, is equipped with an electronic expansion valve and uses an economizer to optimize the system, enabling the Jialitu MCWS125H to achieve an industry-leading performance. Depending on the usage scenario, it can be roughly divided into two types: a high-efficiency magnetic levitation water system dual-engine system solution and a large temperature difference high-water temperature magnetic levitation water system solution.
High-efficiency magnetic levitation water system dual-engine system solution: The utilization of natural cold sources is achieved through the setting of bypass pipelines in the chiller unit. The outer pipe uses cooling water, and the inner pipe uses chilled water. Three modes can be switched according to the outdoor temperature:
(1) Natural cold mode: Cooling is achieved through the cooling water pipe;
(2) Mechanical cold mode: Cooling is achieved through the chilled water pipe;
(3) Mixed mode: Cooling is achieved through both the cooling water pipe and the chilled water pipe simultaneously, with the cooling capacity of the two pipes allocated according to system requirements.
Large temperature difference high-water temperature magnetic levitation water system solution: By connecting the compressors of the chiller unit in series, a large temperature difference between the supply and return water temperatures can be achieved, meeting the high-water temperature and large temperature difference operating conditions of the data center chilled water system, and further reducing the PUE level of the data center.
